SailPoint Implementation Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking SailPoint Implementation Consultant to join one of our clients in Doha, Qatar In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their identity management needs, configure SailPoint solutions, and ensure a seamless deployment process.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for cli Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Configuration, Implementation and Integration, Testing and Quality Assurance, Training and Documentation, Project Management, Pre-Post Implementation Support, and ensure continuous improvement through adopting emerging trends.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identity management requirements, and security needs.

  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements and document functional specifications.

  • Design and configure SailPoint IGA solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

  • Develop and implement identity governance policies, access control rules, and compliance workflows.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including system installation, configuration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure and applications.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful integration of SailPoint solutions with other systems.

  • Perform testing of SailPoint configurations and customizations to ensure functionality and performance meet client expectations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects identified during the testing phase.

  • Provide training and support to client personnel on SailPoint functionalities, features, and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and implementation reports.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.

  • Communicate progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.

  • Offer post-implementation support to address any issues or enhancements required by clients.

  • Assist in ongoing maintenance and optimization of SailPoint solutions to ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Stay updated on SailPoint product developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to SailPoint solutions.


Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration solutions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in identity management, access controls, and security compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, or other SailPoint products.

Skills:

  • Strong technical skills in configuring and deploying SailPoint solutions.

  • Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Certifications: SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer or similar certifications are preferred.
