Microsoft PowerApps and CRM Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft PowerApps and CRM Developer to join our client’s team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Dynamics 365 CRM, and the Power Platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions that enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Create workflows, custom entities, plugins, and custom connectors using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
  • Develop and maintain custom Power BI reports and dashboards integrated with PowerApps and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Integrate PowerApps with various data sources such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure services, and other third-party applications.
  • Implement data integration and migration solutions using tools like Data Export Service, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Automate business processes and repetitive tasks using Power Automate.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
  • Configure role-based security, business rules, and workflows in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to extend CRM functionality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PowerApps and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement fixes.
  • Maintain documentation for solutions, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft PowerApps and Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
  • Proficient in developing Canvas and Model-driven apps using PowerApps.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
  • Experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automating processes.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for developing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS) and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, OData, and web services integration.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
