Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced WatsonX Consultant to drive our AI and machine learning initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will help us harness the power of IBM’s WatsonX platform to achieve our organizational goals and deliver AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and define current and future use cases for WatsonX.
• Deployment & Management: Provide expertise in deploying and managing key WatsonX components, including WatsonX.ai, WatsonX.data, and WatsonX.governance.
• Design & Implementation: Assist in crafting and implementing AI models and machine learning workflows tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Optimization: Enhance the usage of the WatsonX platform for data processing, model training, and governance across multiple projects.
• Best Practices: Offer guidance on best practices for AI and machine learning model development and deployment.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance assessments and fine-tuning of applications powered by WatsonX.
• Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor internal teams on the effective use of WatsonX, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest features and updates from IBM WatsonX, recommending enhancements based on future needs.

Required Expertise:

• Proven experience with the IBM WatsonX suite, including WatsonX.ai, WatsonX.data, and WatsonX.governance.
• Strong background in AI/ML, data science, and model development using WatsonX tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably IBM Cloud) and AI infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of data engineering, governance frameworks, and AI ethics.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating WatsonX with existing enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
