Job Summary and Purpose
Participate in designing, building, implementing, and improving SAP S4 / SuccessFactors human resources solutions to support all divisions and joint ventures within the organization. Contribute to leveraging organizational capabilities and driving projects to automate manual processes using SAP smart solutions.
Accountabilities
SAP Implementation & Support:
- Lead and participate in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementations, providing system support and continuous improvement for the organization and its joint ventures.
- Review organizational policies and identify gaps against SAP’s standard offerings, conducting policy analysis and gap identification.
- Collaborate with the SAP ABAP team and business systems to design custom developments or enhancements within SAP.
- Analyze and document legal requirements for system implementation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in implementing structured authorization to control organizational and HR & Payroll access, including position/job/personnel number-level restrictions.
- Support the implementation of ad-hoc payroll functionality to provide flexibility to related sections.
- Work with internal auditors to design best business processes and fulfill external auditor requirements through the payroll section.
- Develop templates for business blueprints, training materials, functional specifications, document management, quality checks, unit & integration testing, security matrices, and change requests.
- Create SAP training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
- Assist in developing business analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI / SAP Data Sphere.
Documentation:
- Maintain RFC (Request for Change) documentation for production support issues.
- Manage project documentation, business process documents, and configuration records.
Problem Management:
- Collaborate with business users and relevant departments to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues. Document problems and solutions using predefined templates.

Qualifications, Experience, and Job Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- SAP Technology Consultant certification in HR/Payroll is required.
- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant certification is required.
- SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of SAP experience in a similar role, preferably within a telecom or oil & gas industries
Job-Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Payroll, SAP HR, SAP Time Management, SAP Fiori (Basic), SAP SuccessFactors (Basic), SAP ABAP & Workflow (Basic).
- Expertise in all HR sub-modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Leave Management.
- Strong client-facing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support (RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, SCP, Comp).
- Familiarity with S4 solutions, BTP, Fiori Apps, and integrations.
- Proficiency in business data modeling, preferably using Data Sphere.
- Experience in dashboard reporting and developing business analytical dashboards using Power BI.
- Knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration with other technologies, such as Microsoft.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataflows).
