We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring alignment between hiring managers, business unit managers, cluster heads, and practice leaders while balancing client expectations with market realities. This role requires a deep understanding of IT talent acquisition, market trends, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement to drive successful hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, a strong ability to negotiate hiring expectations, and the expertise to source, attract, and secure top IT talent in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End IT Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract top IT professionals in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement
Partner with hiring managers, business unit heads, cluster leaders, and practice heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and business priorities.
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to discuss talent acquisition strategies, recruitment roadmaps, and workforce planning.
Mediate between hiring expectations and market realities, ensuring a balanced and realistic hiring process.
Candidate Management & Engagement
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates, interview feedback, and offer negotiations.
Conduct competency-based interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Serve as a trusted career advisor for candidates, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, and candidate onboarding to prevent drop-offs and last-minute withdrawals.
Market Intelligence & Talent Strategy
Provide insights on IT recruitment trends, emerging technologies, and talent supply-demand dynamics.
Develop hiring strategies tailored to niche IT roles, ensuring competitiveness in a tight talent market.
Advise on diversity and inclusion (D&I) hiring strategies to enhance workforce diversity in IT teams.
Monitor industry salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent movement to guide hiring managers.
Process Optimization & Recruitment Metrics
Maintain recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics to track time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate conversion rates, and cost-per-hire.
Optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes.
Conduct post-hire assessments and new hire feedback sessions to improve recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
Prior experience in a high-growth IT services, system integration, or software development company.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, visa requirements, and work permit regulations.
Certifications such as LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), or SHRM-CP are a plus.
