Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance HR processes.
- Support the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights on workforce management.
- Assist in testing, training, and user support for HCM applications.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, standards, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes, HR functions, and best practices.
- Experience with HR technology solutions and system implementations.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in an offshore model is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in HCM solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
