Business Analyst (HCM) – (Arabic)

Job Role Summary
The Business Analyst (HCM) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role involves gathering business requirements, improving HR processes, and ensuring effective implementation of HCM solutions in alignment with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance HR processes.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights on workforce management.
  • Assist in testing, training, and user support for HCM applications.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, standards, and regulations.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes, HR functions, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR technology solutions and system implementations.
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering and process mapping.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an offshore model is preferred.
Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in HCM solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday) is a plus.
Language and Other Selection Criteria
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
