Job Role Summary

The Consultant SAP SF - Workforce Planning is responsible for implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning solutions to support talent strategy and workforce analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning.
  • Develop data models for workforce analytics and planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align workforce strategy.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and talent supply planning.
  • Conduct system testing and end-user training.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce management strategies.
  • Experience in system configuration and implementation.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.

Language and Other Selection Criteria

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work in an offshore environment
