The Consultant SAP SF - Workforce Planning is responsible for implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning solutions to support talent strategy and workforce analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning.
- Develop data models for workforce analytics and planning.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align workforce strategy.
- Provide insights on workforce trends and talent supply planning.
- Conduct system testing and end-user training.

- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce management strategies.
- Experience in system configuration and implementation.
Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
Language and Other Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in an offshore environment
