Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s digital media and business solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing and sales strategies.

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and social media engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and service offerings.

  • Drive lead generation and conversion through various sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing and business development efforts accordingly.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role in the media, digital solutions, or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising strategies.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or business development are a plus.

Language and Other Selection Criteria

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an asset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
