As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced team in Lahore, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas recruitment, especially within the Shipping and Construction sectors.
Role Summary We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter who brings deep expertise in recruiting for the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Shipping and Construction verticals and a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment projects. You will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier talent, building pipelines, and delivering on ambitious hiring goals in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level roles within Oil & Gas, Shipping, and Construction domains.
Manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates globally.
Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates effectively, and ensure quality hires aligned with client expectations.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
Represent Talent Leaders Inc. in client-facing calls, briefings, and status updates when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8 to 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, including 5+ years in the Oil & Gas industry with direct hiring experience in Shipping and Construction roles.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment projects and delivering results under pressure.
Strong command of modern sourcing tools and ATS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
