As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced team in Lahore, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas recruitment, especially within the Shipping and Construction sectors.

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter who brings deep expertise in recruiting for the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Shipping and Construction verticals and a proven track record of managing large-scale recruitment projects. You will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier talent, building pipelines, and delivering on ambitious hiring goals in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for mid to senior-level roles within Oil & Gas, Shipping, and Construction domains.
  • Manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates globally.
  • Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidates effectively, and ensure quality hires aligned with client expectations.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Represent Talent Leaders Inc. in client-facing calls, briefings, and status updates when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 8 to 10 years of progressive recruitment experience, including 5+ years in the Oil & Gas industry with direct hiring experience in Shipping and Construction roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment projects and delivering results under pressure.
  • Strong command of modern sourcing tools and ATS systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
