We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud, Visualization and Cloud Architect (OCI Architect) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge across OCI services, including compute, storage, integration, PaaS, and SaaS environments, with a strong emphasis on visualization and automation. The ideal candidate will be capable of crafting scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures tailored to enterprise requirements. Analysis and creation of technical and architectural artefacts of “As-Is” Oracle cloud and virtualization infrastructure in OF enterprise datacentres, including Network, OS, applications, servers’ hardware, Security, storage, and backup solutions.
Work with the EA team on the analysis of technical requirements, development of architecture frameworks and models, platforms, designs, strategy, technology selection, cost, and business cases.
Help to resolve complex business and technical problems.
Provide technical expertise in enterprise-class for public cloud platforms & solutions, storage, and backup infrastructures.
Articulate the benefits, approaches, and migration strategies for cloud technologies, for example, Oracle & Azure Cloud.
Oversee the architecture which invariably includes cloud products and offerings across the SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Deliver framework workload migration assessments.
Responsible for the enhancement of Microsoft/Oracle technology, core infrastructure designs such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SCCM.
Understand and provide technical expertise in Oracle security technologies and best practice.
Develop capacity and availability planning processes and management.
Maintain high levels of professionalism, communication, coordination, and customer service principles.
Create and update technical documentation and design as needed.
Develop and review Technical Architecture Documents.
Perform Administration and Operation activities of Oracle Solutions (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS).
Analyze requirements to determine potential solution designs, anticipated issues, and related operational costs.
Collect operational and trend statistics and analyze performance results to validate solutions and/or services.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
Proven ability to deliver tasks on time and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, coordination, providing work leadership, training, and other high-level interactions.
Ability to work in a highly visible role, dealing extensively with the management team and decision-makers in external organizations.

Experience:
15+ years of relevant full-time work experience in IT and business/industry including solution design, lifecycle management, solution planning, and implementation.
Experience delivering solutions for estates with 5000+ end-users, in different geolocations.
8–10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of Cloud experience.
Oracle Cloud infrastructure and relevant certification.
Specific knowledge of Oracle database, middleware, and platform (Cloud) technology.
Knowledge of Oracle applications is an advantage.
Knowledge of Oracle industry solutions is an advantage.
Wide background including architecture, implementation, and delivery of large-scale hardware and software systems in real-world situations.
Wide knowledge of the IT market and modern cloud trends including AWS and/or Azure.
Detailed knowledge of architectural approaches including public, private, hybrid, multi-cloud strategies, and integration aspects across traditional IT environments like Security, Identity management, Monitoring & Management using Oracle and non-Oracle technologies.
Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, IAF, OYA, and Oracle’s OADP/OEAF.
Deep understanding of Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Business Continuity.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructures and Platform Services.
Certifications and Accreditations that support the area of expertise.
IT industry standards and frameworks certificates such as ITIL, COBIT, CISSP, TOGAF.
