Role Summary:
The Cyber Security Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and business development for the company’s cybersecurity service portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and client-focused professional with a proven ability to grow cybersecurity sales in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for cybersecurity services, including risk assessments, threat intelligence, compliance frameworks, SOC solutions, SIEM, and managed security services.
Identify and close new business opportunities by engaging with C-level decision-makers in both public and private sectors.
Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client presentations to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Monitor industry trends and regional threat landscapes to align offerings with market needs.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for senior leadership.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
5–7 years of experience in selling cybersecurity services or enterprise IT solutions in the GCC region.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance, and managed service models.
Proven success in developing enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Preference will be given to Arabic native, female candidates in support of the company’s inclusion and diversity objectives, as well as regional client engagement needs.
