Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as a Systems Engineer or System Administrator
Certifications Preferred: Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, M365, Azure Administrator, VMware, Linux, ITIL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage and support a hybrid IT infrastructure environment, including on-premises systems, cloud services, and managed solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in system administration, virtualization, cloud services, and enterprise IT tools. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on administration and continuous system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain private cloud and Azure cloud workloads

  • Manage and monitor backups across all services to ensure availability and security

  • Administer Microsoft 365 subscriptions, including license management and activity monitoring

  • Support facility systems such as TAS (Time Attendance System), ACS (Access Control System), CCTV, Video Wall systems, and IoT platforms

  • Manage and audit Active Directory

  • Generate user activity reports and take action such as disabling inactive users and reallocating licenses

  • Configure and deploy Patch Management solutions using SCCM and ECM

  • Monitor and manage Windows servers using SCOM

  • Perform device and endpoint management via Microsoft Intune

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all servers, software assets, and licenses in the organization’s asset management system

  • Transfer all licensed software to the internal infrastructure team and ensure proper documentation

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V

  • Familiarity with storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and RAID

  • Ability to design and implement backup and recovery strategies

  • Experience managing M365 environment, logs, and subscriptions

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and software lifecycle management

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SCOM and administration tools such as SCCM, ECM, Intune
