Paid Internship means the selected interns will be paid a Stipend. A stipend is a fixed and regular monetary allowance paid to interns, trainees, or fellows to cover basic living expenses while they gain practical experience or training. It is not considered a full salary, but rather a support payment during the learning or internship period. This modest monthly stipend may be provided to support basic expenses. Details will be discussed during the interview process. Your answer will not affect your application.
The internship offered by Talent Leaders is a formal, structured program. Upon selection, interns will enter into a binding internship agreement with Talent Leaders for the agreed duration of 12 to 24 months. During this period, interns will receive training, mentorship, and exposure to real-time recruitment projects such as investments that carry financial and operational commitments on our part. In return, we expect interns to honour the full duration of the internship, as agreed in the contract. Early withdrawal from the program, except under exceptional circumstances, may result in consequences as outlined in the internship agreement. This mutual commitment ensures the integrity of the learning process and the value derived by both parties.
