Talent Leaders has been mandated to recruit a MIS / BO Expert to play a pivotal role in system integration, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will ensure smooth integration between MIS, Business Objects (BO), SAP, and other systems, maintaining consistent and accurate data flow.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between MIS, BO, SAP, and other systems, maintaining consistent and accurate data flow.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Resolve integration and reporting issues, apply updates, and ensure stable, secure performance.
Development & Customization: Support the creation and customization of dashboards, reports, and data models in BO and related tools, aligned with business needs.
Understanding Business Needs: Gather reporting and integration requirements from business units and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Project Coordination: Assist in managing integration and reporting projects, supporting timelines, deliverables, and coordination across teams.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align expectations and ensure value delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, SAP consultants, and business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure systems and reports comply with internal policies, data standards, and regulatory requirements.
Additional Duties: Perform related tasks to support reporting, integration, and data initiatives.
Selection Criteria
Proven experience in MIS, Business Objects, SAP integration, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
