Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Lead program strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Program Leadership: Oversee planning, implementation, and management, coordinating with key stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Technical Direction: Guide the development and maintenance of program infrastructure with a focus on security.
Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with government agencies, businesses, and partners to facilitate adoption.
Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Performance and Reporting: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and report to senior management.
Risk and Resource Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee budgets and resources.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties to support overall objectives.
General Requirements
Proven experience in leading or implementing large-scale systems, preferably at a national level.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance frameworks.
Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and technical oversight.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and data security in digital transformation contexts.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
