Senior Project Manager - National Level Project Implementation

Talent Leaders has been mandated to recruit a Senior Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead and oversee large-scale strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead program strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Program Leadership: Oversee planning, implementation, and management, coordinating with key stakeholders.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Technical Direction: Guide the development and maintenance of program infrastructure with a focus on security.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with government agencies, businesses, and partners to facilitate adoption.

  • Team Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

  • Performance and Reporting: Set KPIs, monitor progress, and report to senior management.

  • Risk and Resource Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee budgets and resources.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties to support overall objectives.

General Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading or implementing large-scale systems, preferably at a national level.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance frameworks.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and technical oversight.

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and data security in digital transformation contexts.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
