The PMO Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of projects and programs by delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and governance support. Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze project progress, producing reports and dashboards that highlight performance and key risks
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks
- Provide analytical and coordination support to project managers, assisting with planning, tracking, and control activities
- Utilize project management tools and software such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI to generate insights and streamline reporting
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain high-quality documentation across all workstreams
- Support leadership with executive-level presentations, performance metrics, and decision-support materials
Ideal Candidate’s Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in PMO or project environments, preferably within large-scale programs in the government or public sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented professional with stakeholder management expertise
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
