Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud and infrastructure architects
- Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms
- Drive cloud adoption strategies, migrations, and optimizations for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models
- Build hybrid infrastructure integrating on-prem with cloud-native services
- Define and enforce governance, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, DevOps, network, and application teams for cohesive delivery
- Prepare HLDs, LLDs, and present architectural documentation to stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and ensure designs meet SLAs, scalability, and security needs
- Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to capture requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service design
Ideal Candidate’s Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- 9 to 10 years of experience in technology services or related fields
- Strong service design expertise with ITIL exposure
- Advanced knowledge of cloud and enterprise technologies including Tier-III data centers, WAN/LAN, storage, servers, and enterprise applications
- Experience leading teams in managed service environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to standardize, document, and govern complex infrastructure environments
