Doha, QatarProfessional Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle DBA roles, with at least 3 years managing EBS or large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and WebLogic Administration.
- Experience in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting.
- Exposure to cloud (OCI, AWS RDS, or Azure Database Services) is an advantage.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – Database Administration
- Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) – RAC and Grid Infrastructure
- ITIL v4 Foundation

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within SLAs.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Capacity, Availability Management).

KPIs / Performance Indicators
- Database uptime and availability (≥ 99.9%)
- Mean time to resolve (MTTR) for database incidents
- Number of successful patching and upgrade cycles without rollback
- Compliance with backup and recovery standards
- Successful completion of DR tests
- Reduction in performance incidents and resource utilization anomalies
