Business Development & Operations Executive - Business Center

Position Overview
The Business Development & Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations and business growth of the Business Center that offers office space, sponsorship, company formation, and PRO services. The role requires a balance of strategic business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for office leasing, virtual offices, sponsorship, and company formation packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to monitor competition and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Center including office allocations, maintenance, and client onboarding.
  • Supervise reception and administrative staff to ensure professional service delivery.
  • Handle contracts, renewals, invoicing, and follow-ups in coordination with finance and administration teams.
  • Coordinate with PROs for company registration, license renewals, immigration, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and business regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records for trade licenses, sponsorships, and tenancy agreements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and occupancy rates.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and financial forecasts.
  • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business center operations, coworking space, or corporate services.
  • Strong understanding of company formation, sponsorship, and PRO procedures.
  • Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
