Position Objective:
This role supports the end-to-end tendering process, including documentation preparation, compliance checks, coordination with evaluation committees, and maintaining transparent tender records in accordance with internal and regulatory procedures.
Assist in the preparation and advertisement of tenders, RFQs, and bid invitations.
Coordinate pre-bid meetings, bid openings, and technical/commercial evaluations.
Track tender submission timelines and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
Maintain detailed records of all tender activities and vendor communications.
Support preparation of award memos and ensure internal approvals are documented.
Liaise with finance and legal teams for performance guarantees, bid bonds, and final contracts.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the tender committee.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering or procurement administration.
Familiarity with tendering regulations and practices in government or regulated entities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
English proficiency required; Arabic preferred.
