Apply to ERP Manager (Microsoft Dynamics)

Role summary
Own the group’s ERP landscape on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will lead implementation, optimisation and support, and make sure finance, supply chain, HR and operations run on a stable, well-governed platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Dynamics 365 environment end to end, covering roadmap, configuration, upgrades and support
• Lead ERP implementation and rollout projects across group entities
• Work with business owners to translate process needs into system solutions
• Oversee integrations with third-party and legacy systems
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and licensing
• Set up governance for data quality, security, access control and change management
• Lead the ERP team and coordinate user training and adoption
• Deliver reporting and dashboards for management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 6+ years of ERP experience, with substantial hands-on work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Business Central or Customer Engagement)
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Proven experience delivering multi-entity ERP implementations or large upgrades
• Solid understanding of finance, procurement, inventory and HR processes
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
• Experience managing teams and external partners
