Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to support our diversified conglomerate across four business segments: Industrial Manufacturing, Property, Trading and Distribution, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Support M&A activities, ensuring legal due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Collaborate with business units to align legal strategies with operational goals.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal trends affecting our sectors.

Qualifications:

• LL.B. degree or equivalent; admitted to the bar council.
• Proven experience in corporate law, ideally within diversified industries.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
