Sales Manager - Mobile and Custom Applications

We are mandated to hire a Sales Manager for a leading provider of innovative mobile applications, website solutions, and custom software development services. We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our client's team and spearhead our sales efforts in the mobile apps and web development space.

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the presales process, and driving sales growth for our mobile apps and website/application development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, a proven track record in presales activities, and fluency in Arabic to engage effectively with our clients in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for mobile apps and website/application development projects.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads, prospects, and partnerships.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Presales Support:

    • Lead presales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
    • Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Prepare and deliver high-quality RFPs, RFQs, and technical proposals.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze client needs and industry demands to recommend appropriate solutions and strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and track client feedback to improve service offerings and processes.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the mobile apps, website, or software development industry.
    • Proven experience in presales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of mobile app development, website development, and software solutions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and understand complex technical concepts.
    • Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Personal Attributes:
