Software Tester and Technical Support

Doha, Qatar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for in-house software solutions.

  • Document test cases, create bug reports, and follow up on issue resolution.

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Train end-users on new functionalities and features of the software.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure software meets quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

  • Experience creating and executing manual and automated test cases.

  • Familiarity with PHP (advantageous but not mandatory).

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.

General Requirements:

  • Location: Qatar

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
