Job Responsibilities:
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for in-house software solutions.
Document test cases, create bug reports, and follow up on issue resolution.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Train end-users on new functionalities and features of the software.
Work closely with developers to ensure software meets quality standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
Familiarity with PHP (advantageous but not mandatory).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
