PMGM/LMS - Performance Management & Learning Management (Offshore)

Job Role Summary

The PMGM/LMS Consultant is responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Performance Management and Learning Management System (LMS) modules to enhance employee development and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP PMGM and LMS solutions.
  • Work with HR teams to optimize talent management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate learning and performance standards.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and LMS modules.
  • Knowledge of talent management and e-learning best practices.
  • Ability to configure and customize SAP solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.

Language and Other Selection Criteria

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience in remote support environments.
