Job Role Summary
The PMGM/LMS Consultant is responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Performance Management and Learning Management System (LMS) modules to enhance employee development and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP PMGM and LMS solutions.
- Work with HR teams to optimize talent management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with corporate learning and performance standards.
Competencies, Skills, and Experience
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and LMS modules.
- Knowledge of talent management and e-learning best practices.
- Ability to configure and customize SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
Language and Other Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in remote support environments.
