Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates to join our team as Artificial Intelligence Research Associates. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on the research and training of Large Language Models (LLMs)—the building blocks of advanced AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to enhance the performance and capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Assist in the preparation and preprocessing of large datasets for model training.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
• Experiment with novel techniques and algorithms to optimize AI models.
• Collaborate with senior researchers and AI engineers to design experiments and interpret results.
• Document research findings and contribute to technical reports, papers, and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in AI, LLMs, and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in programming languages like Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Basic understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and experience working with large datasets (preferred).
• Familiarity with research methodologies and experimental design in AI (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to LLM-related frameworks such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
• Basic understanding of neural network architectures like transformers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI tools or platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
